Scope of Services. Through this Site, Long's Property Maintenance & Well Pump markets and arranges Water Filtration Installation, Water Quality Testing, Iron Removal System, Well Water Treatment, Reverse Osmosis System, Water Pump Repair. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://longspropertymaintenanceandwellpump.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Long's Property Maintenance & Well Pump or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Account Closure. Long's Property Maintenance & Well Pump reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
As-Is Basis. https://longspropertymaintenanceandwellpump.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Long's Property Maintenance & Well Pump makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Long's Property Maintenance & Well Pump arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Long's Property Maintenance & Well Pump from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Law and Venue. PA law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in PA.
